Nick Fisher, Program Manager for the Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA), a licensing and inspection program dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of animals in pet care facilities throughout Colorado, will discuss what his organization does and how suspected instances of pet animal abuse can be reported.
PACFA regulates breeders, shelters, rescues and pet stores.
