Denver City & County May 2019 Endorsements

The following are the Colorado Voters for Animals endorsements for the May 2019 elections of the Denver City and County mayor and councilmembers.

CVA’s endorsements were based on responses received to a candidate survey that included questions about support for repealing or changing the current ban on certain dog breeds, prohibiting exotic animal acts such as circuses, stopping sales of puppy mill dogs, and supporting a Meatless Monday type resolution.

Not all candidates responded, which is why there is not an endorsement for every district. Colorado Voters for Animals encourages you to vote for candidates who have shown a genuine interest in promoting and improving animal welfare.
